Cinnamon Girl - Neil Young ------------------------------------- From the album 'Everybody knows this is nowhere' Transcribed by Howard Wright hakwright (at) gmail (dot) com This needs an alternative tuning : double dropped D. If you've never tried out other tunings, don't worry - this one is dead easy. The strings are tuned (low to high ) : D A D G B D Starting from normal tuning, take the pitch of the bottom E down a bit. Pluck it together with the 4th string (D) and slowly tune the low E down until the two strings are in tune (i.e an octave apart - both at D). Now pluck top and bottom strings together - slowly tune the top E down until the top and bottom strings are in tune. You should end up with the 1st, 4th and 6th strings all at D.
