There's another little variation of the basic left hand pattern in bars 12 and 13. Here there's a repeated two note pattern using just the octave and 5th, which along with the repeated triad in the right hand (and a slight slowing of the tempo) gives the feeling that the chord "hangs in the air" for a moment ...
